Venture capital financing is a very attractive yet a very closed ecosystem privy to mostly institutional investors. At Indus Initiatives, we seek to democratize this space by creating a network of eminent and successful professionals who will have the opportunity to co-invest with Indus in select startups which meet our rigorous investment standards.

Our portfolio companies have full access to the IPN member network and have the opportunity to reach out to them for guidance and support.

Investment Prospect

IPN Members will have access to proprietary information and analytics on high quality start-ups under consideration for investment.

Deal Execution

IPN Members will be offered participation on pre-negotiated deals on terms similar to Indus Initiatives. We also conduct due diligence and transaction documentation on member’s behalf.

Portfolio Monitoring

We closely engage with portfolio companies to safeguard member interests and also facilitate timely exit through buy-back, acquisition or IPO.
